What Does My Church Get with Our Partnership Fees?
You will have access to our KiDs Online Management System™
to follow-up on every child and family who registers for Beach Club®!
For some, this is the ONLY copy of God's Word in the home!
So how much does it cost to sponsor a Beach Club®?
On average, it costs KiDs Beach Club® $8500 to operate a Club in your local school.
Thanks to our generous donors, KBC covers 65% of the actual cost to operate a Beach Club®! This allows us to partner with churches in sponsoring Beach Clubs® at a fraction of the actual cost!
Our church partners pay only:
- $3,000 per 24-week (full school year, Fall & Spring Clubs)
- $1800 per 12-week (*Spring Club only)
- $1080 per 6-week (*Spring Club only)
(*Please note that the 12 and 6-week Clubs are for new Clubs and only available to Church Partners who are contracting for the next full school year.)
What are My Payment Options?
We offer several flexible payment options:
- Single Payment
- Semi-Annual Payments* (August & December)
- 9 Monthly Payments* (Payments begin in August and will incur an additional $25 per Club per month service fee.)
After submitting the Agreement Form, you will have the option to send a check or pay in full online. Otherwise, an invoice will be sent to the individual indicated on the Agreement Form.
*Semi-annual and monthly payments based on full-year (24 week) clubs. Contact our office at (817) 510-5885 for payment options for 12-week clubs. All 6-week clubs must be paid in a single payment.

Please review the sample Agreement found here, which includes the KiDs Beach Club® Statement of Faith.
Once you have reviewed the Agreement & Statement of Faith, please complete the actual Agreement Form below.
The form requires an authorized signer from the church/partner organization to digitally sign the agreement.
Once completed, a copy of the agreement will be sent via email to the Signer.
