KiDs Beach Club® Has Been Re-Accredited by ECFA
For several years now, KiDs Beach Club® has been officially accredited by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). But what does that mean, exactly?
Simply put, ECFA evaluates faith-based, non-profit organizations using their Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship™, including financial accountability, transparency, board governance, and ethical fundraising. ECFA accreditation is considered to be the “gold standard” of accountability for ministries across the U.S. and around the world.
Accountability to God is a given for KBC, but people form their impressions of both people and organizations by looking at the outward appearances (1 Samuel 16:7). The basis for establishing ECFA and developing their seven standards is clearly based up the writings of the apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 8:21 (NIV): "For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of men."
As you give faithfully to support the vital work of KiDs Beach Club®, you can be confident we are stewarding your gifts with the highest levels of integrity and accountability through this accreditation. Thank you for your ongoing support for KBC!
