At KiDs Beach Club®, we often say that one moment in God's presence can change everything. And now we have another a beautiful reminder of just how true that is.
This week, our newest club at Richton Elementary School, led by Meagan from FBC Richton, launched their very first Beach Club® meeting. Meagan was stepping into something brand new. She wasn’t sure if she was equipped, but she was completely certain that God had called her to this. And wow. He showed up.
After just one meeting, Meagan received a photo from a teacher that brought her to tears. Two sixth grade boys who attended that first club couldn’t keep it to themselves. They were already out on the playground at recess, spreading the word to their friends about what they experienced.
Whole body chills. Joyful tears. Disciples in action!
Meagan texted KBC’s Mobilization Coordinator, Tina Kimbro, "I had whole body chills when the teacher sent this picture to me last night. One meeting is all it took and they are already being disciples."
Then she followed it with this… words that hit deep for every person who has ever questioned their ability to serve: "It’s so amazing. I was so worried I wasn’t equipped to do this, and I know Jesus called me to do this. And now I know He equips the ones He calls. And this is all for Him and His purpose."
What’s happening in Richton is what KBC prays happens at every club across the country. That kids will not only hear about Jesus, but will be ignited with a boldness to share Him with others. This is not just a club. It is the beginning of a movement in this school.
Meagan, KBC is cheering you on and praising God for how He is using you and these amazing kids already. One meeting in and eternity is already being impacted!
Let’s keep building bridges to Jesus, one recess at a time.
